Drew has extensive experience in the security industry at a management and operational level (over 20 years).Drew is responsible for the continued growth of Pride Services Group. He is known for his hands on approach to both customer service and team building.

Through Drew’s leadership, Pride Services Group has been successful in implementing what Drew refers to as “Pride’s Customer Vision. This vision is based on a critical analysis of the customers’ business through their eyes to deliver a service which they need rather than what some in the security industry would normally want to supply. Drew evangelises that “Customer Service is more about what you do when the client is not watching then when they are….”
